These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") govern the use of the website Onlyfinds (hereinafter referred to as "Onlyfinds" or "Platform"). These terms apply to all users of the Platform ("Users"), regardless of location. By accessing or using Onlyfinds, you agree to be bound by these T&C.

2. Description of the Platform

Onlyfinds is a curated product discovery platform that enables Users to browse items listed on third-party marketplaces, convert product links for use with supported shipping agents, check QC (Quality Control) photos, and compare prices across multiple currencies. Features include but are not limited to:

• Browsing and discovering curated product listings from third-party marketplaces
• Converting product links for supported shipping agents
• Checking Quality Control photos via integrated QC tools
• Multi-currency price display and conversion

The Operator does not sell, offer, or provide any of the products displayed on the Platform. All product listings and related information are sourced from third-party marketplaces and shipping agents. Onlyfinds serves solely as a tool for accessing and presenting this information.

3. No Verification or Guarantee

The Operator does not verify, authenticate, or guarantee the accuracy, quality, or legality of any products, listings, or QC photos displayed on the Platform. Users acknowledge that the Operator has no control over the products, their availability, or the actions of third-party marketplaces or shipping agents. Any reliance on the information provided on Onlyfinds is at the User's own risk.

4. Affiliate Links

Onlyfinds may use affiliate links when redirecting Users to third-party marketplaces or shipping agents. Commissions may be earned when Users make purchases through these links. The Operator is not responsible for disputes, delays, or issues arising from transactions made through third-party platforms.

5. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for their own decisions and actions based on information provided on the Platform. Users agree not to misuse the Platform, including but not limited to scraping data, interfering with its functionality, or using it for unlawful purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

The content, design, and structure of Onlyfinds are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the Platform without prior written consent from the Operator. Product listings and QC photos remain the property of the respective third-party marketplaces or shipping agents.

The Operator provides the Platform "as is" and does not warrant its uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use Onlyfinds, including but not limited to losses related to product purchases or reliance on displayed information.

Onlyfinds contains links to third-party websites such as marketplaces and shipping agent platforms. The Operator is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of these external sites. Users access third-party websites at their own risk and are subject to the terms of those sites.
